Mortgage loan

<p>My home loan was approved in November and the money was paid over to the previous owner. I am expected to start repaying as of January, but i havent got my bond confirmation letter even now, how do you expect me to start paying if i havent got my bond confirmation letter on time?? Or is it a surprise? I'll only see it when you start deducting from my bank account, is that how you do business?? I called so many times requesting this letter, they kept telling me stories and stories, or to reposses my house first?? I was told that Jean Farmer is handling my account, i sent him an e-mail, he hasnt responded even now</p>
