Mortage Protection Policy - Waiver Delayed -*** -***

Good day,

For the past few months I have been claiming from my Mortage Protection Policy for Inability to earn an income. My monthly premium for Insurance was suspended all this time. However in August month we were surprised to realize that Mortage Protection Insurance has deducted the monthly Installment for Aug and again now in Sept month. I have previously lodged a complaint with the Home Loans department and have not received any feedback. I was advised that I would be refunded for the premiums that were deducted for both Aug and Sept.
