Mortage Protection Insurance: Delays in processing payment

Good day,

I have app**** for Mortage Protection Insurance under inability to earn an income for the month of Oct 2020. I was advised my application was approve on the 14 Oct 2020 however I still have not received any payment onto my FNB Home Loans account as yet. I have contacted Credit Life customer service on the 19 Oct 2020 to enquire regarding the processing of payment and I was advised that my query will be escalated.
