Mortage Protection Insurance: Claim short paid once again

Good day, On the 2nd Nov 2020, I have received a payout from Mortage Protection Insurance for my application aimed at Inability to earn an Income. The payment was for two month, October and November month, however it was short paid. When I contacted the Credit Life call centre I told that the short payment will be made within 48 hours. Unfortunately its been a week and I still have not received the short payment as I was assured. Secondly I have also logged a complaint with both FNB Home loans department and Credit Life regarding my monthly premium for Oct which was not waived. I need a reimbur*****t to be made for the premium which I have paid. Likewise I also appeal that my November 2020 installment for my Mortage Protection Insurance be waived as well. Your urgent response will be appreciated. Thank you.
