Morning has anyone experienced when drawing an e-wallet at the FNB atm by checkout they give less money than is requested. On 2 occasions my sister went to draw money there. The first time it gave her a R10 short and it showed on the slip the amount withdrawn & given was R10 less. Then last week the same thing happened and it was a R50 that she was given short. The morning she went to the atm it wasn't working because there was a cable or something missing the afternoon the incident happened with the R50. Also the machine showed that no slip are available. This is so strange because the atm does not give R10 notes but will give the full amount requested seeing that it is an e-wallet.
