Sometimes in the pandemic ? you just need banker who see you as not another statistic or account number. Today it amazing how Ms Unathi from Fnb-Grahamstown was able to efficiently assisted me to solve my problem in this hectic time. In the meantime able to make me feel like I am at home here I should not worry she was able to let me know that regardless the outcome she cares so much , as she treated me like part of the family . People like her are real gems hard to find thank you so much .
