MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AND NO RESOLUTION TO MY QUERY!!!

Erroneously paid way more than I should have towards my homeloan, money I should have used towards other monthly expenses. I have been trying to get that additional amount returned to me. It has been more than 2 months and the issue is still not resolved. Generic answers like "we've escalated the issue" have been given, but still nothing. This has had an adverse impact on my financial well being.

This is the worst experience I have had with a financial house. So inconsiderate towards their customer, despite me following up almost on a daily.

Very very disappointing and poor customer service.
