More staff training required at FNB Lifestyle Centre Centurion

On 22 July my mother wanted to confirm that I had signing authority over her and my dad's affairs at FNB. The young lady who served us (Precious) gave us the wrong inforation, saying that I did on her account but not on Mr's. We presented the documents we had, to try and get the authority in place. He was ill and suffering from Alzheimers and was not able to be there himself . Precious spent quite a bit of time enquiring internally and phoning, and eventually said the documents were declined by the legal department.

However, on another occasion (8 August), a different consultant was able to establish within minutes that Mr Scholtz had in fact signed such an authority already (in March 2016).

FNB customers in Centurion need to be aware of the lack of knowledge of some staff members at this branch. I urge you to get a 2nd opinion regarding ANY advice given to you. Please look for my other complaint on this site.
