More mobile app issues!

This morning I attempted to donate to SproutingMinds to assist the needy, I came across their zapper scan barcode.

The app hung on the payment confirmation screen every time I tried, of which I did a few times, by logging out and trying again.

Finally on my 3rd try I get a sms saying paid or about to make payment. So I exited the app.

Then I got a notification from the app saying payment made, yet on my credit card statement there are NOW 2 payments. I don't mind donating more but this continual issues with your mobile app as well as Internet banking site is annoying.
