More like "How can you NOT help me?"

I increased the limit on my credit card to well below my max pre-approved amount. Previously when I did this it took an hour, or 2 max. Now it's been a week. What is your SLA with processing credit increases?? And when I try get in contact with fnb channels you jump through so many hoops just to get in touch with an actual human and thereafter they leap frog you between departments. It's insane to me that I have to literally spend money to get in touch with you! First time I've ever seriously considered switching and have already put in applications with other banks.
