More like ... HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU !!!!!

I visited the Fordsburg branch to have my account closed in October 2012- and I was told that if the account does not have activity in it for more than 3 months the account will be closed and the branch advised to leave it to close .
On the 31 March 2015 I received a call from a Magdelene from the credit department - addressing me in a very rude and abrupt tone - advising me that I owe FNB an amount of R3,100.00 and if I don't pay it I will be blacklisted.
She could not explain what this was for, she was going to discuss withmanager and give me a call the next day - but she never.
I then visited the Forsdsburg branch - and Thabo from the FNB branch advised me that the account was meant to be closed in 6 months, but account was reactivated by Killarney branch on 03/12/2014.
I went to Killarney on 01/07/2015 and dealt with Komotso - who advised the account was re-activated on 06/2015 again in 10/2015 and then 12/2015. the amount is due to bank charges, over 2 1/2 years. Komotso spoke to Magdelene on Wednesday and called me to advise that I need to pay the account.
I would like a written response to this complaint on a letterhead and signed - I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN.
