More like how can we not help you

I am highly disappointed by FNB and their service, I opened an account in December 2014 from then till today I have emailed Fica documents, gone into the branch to hand in documents and still nothing. Worst of all the people in the branch have handed in documents called online even spoke to one of the managers and 7 months and 6 hours later still nothing . they claim 15min to open an account and they say how can we help you but when it comes to the reality of the matter its all lies.
