More interest charges

As a follow on to a previous review - FNB Premier Credit card has still not resolved all the interest charges on my account. Once again I am being charged interest on my CC (for Oct-Nov) where I should not have. The online 'secure chat' is a joke - no help at all.. Once again email comms and telephone calls don't help and I have to resort to 'HelloPeter'
