More FNB Inconvenience

FNB keeps stripping away benefits and expects customers to remain loyal. Then they send a patronising e-mail saying how not receiving statements is "convenient" for customers. When I complained about that, I was told again how great it is for me. I tried to use the app now to decrease my credit card limit because I will make FNB pay for its arrogance as promised. What happens? The app refuses to let me reduce the credit limit. Why? Is the app not secure or does FNB now decide on my behalf what a "convenient' limit is for me?
