More disgusting service

It seems that the only time FNB gets in contact is if I post on here. I asked to close my FNB account over a month ago due to ***** and lack of service needless to say this hasn’t been done and bank charges are going off and the debit order which I had asked to be reversed before all the ***** has finally been reversed only to be eaten by bank charges , well done FNB you guys are absolutely disgusting!!!
