MORE DISGUST!

Elsie Masika How does a consultant tell a client that she doesn’t know about what she works with? If the consultant has no product knowledge, then who should? I, the client, called in order to receive help from what I thought would be the right place to seek for help, only to have the phone hung up in my ear by the above mentioned consultant and remain clueless. FNB is so quick to deduct money from clients’ accounts but will serve the client a cold plate full of “I don’t knows” when we require help and advice. I’m very disappointed in the bank I’ve been with for the longest time. Honestly I want nothing to do with FNB!
