More charges

You guys are killing me with these charges. Last time, you refunded them now they went off again, you haven't refunded for October only November and they went off again this week... what is actually happening because I cannot be charged over R1200 for bank charges. I've never seen such anywhere ever. How do you get to these ridiculous amounts how do you expect anyone to afford this. Please reverse these amounts because its getting ridiculous now, this is over and above my monthly fees which are reasonable.
