MORE BAD SERVICE FROM FNB!!

Since my last complaint on Hello Peter I had many emails from FNB and a call from Pinky who asked me to fill out a self certification form. I did that and returned it to the address I got it from but it says unable to deliver as mailbox is full. Then I get repeated emails asking for FICA docs again, I reply to those but clearly no one is reading them. My last resort is this platform, much as I don’t like to complain FNB is leaving me no option!!!
