MORALY BANKKRUPT FNB THREATENS OLD CUSTOMER WITH LEGAL ACTION

I have a few problems with this miserable bank that I have supported for the last 45 years or more. I fact, I have a BIG PROBLEM.

"FNB :-) Pay R1514.32 now to avoid legal action on your Revolving Facility. Ignore this SMS if payment has been made. FNB a div of FRB Ltd NCRCP20"

YOUR roving debit order on my current account with you failed to go off on 15 November. You did not repeat the debit. But now you are threatening LEGAL ACTION?

With this and your completely non-functional new smartphone banking platform, you belong in the bin with all the other morally *******ed SA institutions.

PS. I do NOT take calls from call centres with ***** staff who don't listen to my voice message and then leave a message. Speak to my banker on record or email me.

Shame on you.

Well, I have just had the most rude and disrespectful email ever from am employee of FNB. Shame, that official was clearly only born about 20 years after I opened my first account at FNB. The latter was a BIG mistake on my part. So COME with your legal action. ***** you FNB.
