Months on end Struggling with this Bank! Avoid banking with them

I'm Very Frustrated with this bank. I've been Struggling for Months trying to get this sorted out. But it seems they to *********** to do the job, Iv e been through so many Agents Dealing with Credit Card, Loan and Fusion account and Still no progress but only them issuing Notices and Submissions to credit Beaux. Ive spoken to Countless Agents and none of them can do one simple Job to Arrange payment arrangement or even just relay Notes of Conversation.Im so Fed up with this Bank. So many different agents for each department yet none of them can do the Job.
