Months of ****** ebucks!!!

Months ago, i noticed that ebucks were missing from my account and my fuel spend had not been allocated properly. I ebucks and since the person told me it was a known issue and my funds would be allocated, i took their word for it. Last night on a forum i read that ebucks are not being awarded for fuel spend at the Engen closest to my house. This morning i checked my statements and yes, iv been cheated out of ebucks for months. This is quite simply dishonest. Knowing full well not all customers check their balances.

Please call me to explain: 1. how this happened 2. why is was allowed to continue when i alerted you to it months ago 3. remedial action
