Months later and no communication

I’ve been trying my best to contact the individual who has been dealing with my FNB account to no answer. At all. It’s been months now. Countless calls and emails to absolutely no avail!

The nature of transactions on my account have been provided from my side yet I still have a hold and no access to my funds, I can provide any necessary proof of sale. All clients have received what they have requested. I am sitting at a huge loss because of all this.

I wish for my funds to be transferred out of FNB at this point. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
