Months and weeks of being ignored by FNB as well as previous Hellopeter review being deleted

I Made a review weeks ago about 2 complaints I made with FNB, 1 being changing my credit limit without notice and when I asked them twice about I did wrong they just said some algorithm works it out and then continued to ignore to this day. 2) FNB claims to have a 55 day interest free period on their credit card but will charge their card fees and then immediately take off interest on that same amount just after they take it off, (my credit card is always paid off). After my initial complaint I got a call saying they will get back to me with answers and to this very day have not heard back, adding on to that my inital complaint has been removed from the website as well. So not only does FNB refuse to give me some customer service it seems they also take away your reviews as they see fit. Dont waste your time with this bank
