Monthly Pending Credit issue
I have tried to report my issue with my account to several people on several occasions . My salary gets paid in on the 25th on each month but I am only able to access it in the 26th / the 27th depending on public holidays & weekends. I UNDERSTAND that if it gets paid in on a Sunday (like this month) / public holiday it will only reflect within 24 hours. But that is the problem it does not. This means that I am running into my overdraft and FNB pockets money as soon as I touch that thing. Several of my colleagues are also with FNB and their salary is already reflecting today and always reflects on the 25th. Last month a person phoned me and said he will have to direct it to the admin department, he apparently saw something that needed fixing but its still not fixed. PLEASE help me because every month I have to explain why certain payments are late. B.t.w Nikiwe Mvumbeni on the secure chat is of NO help
