Monthly installment ***

Fnb homeloan are making my life difficult, I settled my homelian account on the 19/04/2022 but until today they are still deducting the monthly installment from my bank account. I engaged with them several times but it looks like nothing is going to change despite me sending the documents they wanted. I really do not understand what exactly they want from me. My other financial responsibilities are lagging behind because of them.
