Monthly Income

I'm back again I canceled my first home loan application that I was granted 100 percent on it due to some reasons. I app**** for a new one with the same documents that I used for the first one. They said they regret to inform me that I don't qualify due to income. Which income are they referring too because I got 100 percent with that income they are talking about it. Please FNB stop playing games with me I really need that house.
