Monthly Bank Fee Deducted - Should Not Be Done!

For months I qualify to "Not be charged Monthly Fees: on my Current account - AND Today comes R109 Debit????

What the hell is going on????

This is not the service one expects from FNB, as a client for years

Somebody needs to be educated as to "Do your job properly or Go!"
