Month end... No customer service
How can you NOT have staff outside the branch at the atms on month end.... Their was an agent outside but as soon as the clock turned 17:00 he rushed off to get his bag and left???? what happened to customer service???? about 40 people in the line and line not moving cause some people struggle to deposit cash???? terible Kathu FNB
