Month end headache with online banking.. awlays

Every month end I struggle to pay my accounts bcoz FNB online banking is not responding, today I tried to increase my limit and it said my card is not in use while it is registered on my profile and using it daily. I tried to chat to their secure line and even that failed. What do I do now with my creditors, i need to pay them all today FNB, then I got an "approve" message on my phone which I approve, but the seconds kept counting down still as though it didn't go through, what a mess I have to experience every month end, i cannot be on bad records with my creditors because of FNB, about time I close this account, anyway they didn't even approve my homeloan app but was approve by a bank who doesn't even get my salary, am DONE with FNB,
