MONSTER BANK RUDE BANK ******* BANK ,IS IT BECAUSE OF MY SURNAME ?
THEY ONLY TAKE CARE OF YOU IF YOU ARE EITHER WHITE OR HAVE A BIG CHEQUE COMING THROUGH THEM FOR THE REST OF US WE ARE STRANDED, I REVERSED A DEBIT ORDER ON THE 4TH OF DECEMBER 2018 I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE 40 CALENDAR DAY FOR THE MONEY TO BE REVERSED AND NOW I AM SITTING ON THE 49TH DAY AND GUESS WHAT THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO CORRESPONDENCE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ME THEY JUST GAVE ME THIS 40 DAY WAIT JUST TO GET RID OF ME
