Monopoly on Paypal -poor service

FNB appears to be the only bank that allows one to withdraw money from a Paypal account. Following on instructions on the FNB website I registered for a FNB Paypal service account with FNB on 24 December 2014. I was asked to provide FICA documents which I did., and a copy of my ID which I submitted on 13 January 2015.<br> Since then several email attempts to progress the matter have been ignored, FNB it seems is causing me to contravene exchange control regulations and I am at a loss as to how to get the matter resolved, This is service of the poorest kind.
