MONIES ******!!

On the 2 Feb i made an eft transfer into account *** (S Samson) FNB Prospecton for the amount of R8520. This deposit was to pay for replacing the windows at my home. it took me 1 year to save this money!! Today is the 4th and the account holder then tells me that this particular account is closed!! if this account was closed, the money would have been reversed into my account. this was not done. I have all the communication from the account holder that this account was closed. I've been on the phone none stop with your useless bank and no-one can help me. FNB stole R8520 from me!! I want my money back!!!!!! I could have used this money towards my child's school fees if i knew that i was going to get ripped from your bank. I AM NOT GOING INTO ANY BRANCH TO RESOVE THIS!!! I WANT THIS RESOLVED NOW!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
