During November I had an issue with FNB's ***** dept. and turned to Hello Peter to air my grievance. FNB contacted me soon after. Followed up on my complaint and within 5 days the amount I was ****med out of was paid into my account. This is the bank that I have actively being promoting and the service I am used to.
