MONIES DEDUCTED WITHOUT PERMISSION

PREVIOUS REVIEW: In 2010 I came out of Debt Review. Kept on paying my FNB card through Groenewald Lubbe Inc in Randburg. The first time I have ever seen a statement from Groenewald Lubbe Inc was an email that i received on 10 August 2017. I requested the statement 4 times before being sent it. I sent it directly to my attorneys who are working through the exorbitant amounts charged. On 25June 2017 an amount of R3087.00 was deducted by FNB from my FNB current account. I realised that I still owe FNB card monies and after speaking to them left it at that. In the meantime I saw on my bank accounts that i was in credit to the amount of R1386.27 on my credit card account. This morning FNB deducted another R3087.00 from my account while the credit card balance is a credit. FNB need to pay back my money as soon as possible. I will not stand for this. They have no permission from me to take monies from my account. When speaking to the card division there was absolutely NO help. When I asked to speak to MPO's supervisor I was told the person was not in. I will also be complaining in the STAR newspaper as well as the BEELD newspaper.

NEXT REVIEW-FIRST REVIEW NO LUCK On Friday afternoon a lady phoned me from FNB ( ********** ) to explain to me that the monies could not be paid back to me as it was on instruction form Groenewald Lubbe Inc. As far as I know Groenewald Lubbe Inc are debt collectors (as per the quote enclosed from their website) " During the 14 years since inception a lot of expertise has been gained and we are constantly finding new ways to first of all confirm the whereabouts of the individual / debtor and secondly secure payment through various means / methods.

The electronic age has vastly improved the ease of debit order collections, hence the collectability of outstanding debt. Key to our success on collecting outstanding debt is the timing of the handover, the earlier the better. The “trail” that an individual leaves behind when he / she absconds is obviously easier to locate and track whilst the information is still readily available.

Due to the existing relationship with both Swordfish (Pty) Ltd. (Debt Collection System) and Red Chandilier (Pty) Ltd (Data Verification & Management) Groenewald Lubbe Inc can lay claim to have full knowledge of the various products and processes leading up to outsourcing and handover of outstanding debt."

I want FNB TO pay back my monies as soon as posible as NO ONE even asked if I could afford an amount of R3087.00 on a net salary fo R10200.00.

I am not going to leave this ad the banks and debt collectors do not make the laws in the country.
