MONIES DEDUCTED WITHOUT PERMISSION

In 2010 I came out of Debt Review. Kept on paying my FNB card through Groenewald Lubbe Inc in Randburg. The first time I have ever seen a statement from Groenewald Lubbe Inc was an email that i received on 10 August 2017. I requested the statement 4 times before being sent it. I sent it directly to my attorneys who are working through the exorbitant amounts charged. On 25June 2017 an amount of R3087.00 was deducted by FNB from my FNB current account. I realised that I still owe FNB card monies and after speaking to them left it at that. In the meantime I saw on my bank accounts that i was in credit to the amount of R1386.27 on my credit card account. This morning FNB deducted another R3087.00 from my account while the credit card balance is a credit. FNB need to pay back my money as soon as possible. I will not stand for this. They have no permission from me to take monies from my account. When speaking to the card division there was absolutely NO help. When I asked to speak to MPO's supervisor I was told the person was not in. I will also be complaining in the STAR newspaper as well as the BEELD newspaper
