MoneyGram services

FNB claims to have MoneyGram services online but since I have started using this service I am in a range of disappointment, I have to run to the bank to get help every time I have to receive money. What is the need to advertise such services if there are always excuses when using it? And to know that none can help or give me the right reasons why the service is not working. I am very disappointed with my bank????????
