MoneyGram Issues

I have been sent money via MoneyGram directly into an Fnb account. I have been to Fnb and they made me call MoneyGram at the Fnb branch. According to MoneyGram the funds should reflect in the account, it has been more than 3 weeks.

I have provided my reference and email and have had no feedback from either FNB or MoneyGram.
