MONEYGRAM ISSUES

We were having trouble with sending money to Nigeria using Fnb Moneygram since 12th of January '21. I've been trying to send money via cellphone banking, at Fnb ATM and within the branch, but with no success. I had several telephonic conversations with Fnb bank, the forex department and with moneygram department, but still no one could give me an answer to why there is a problem.

So I went to Standard Bank today, who is also using moneygram and within a few minutes they did the transaction for me. Now I want to know why can't Fnb help their customer, but another bank can? I had lots of frustration, calls made and still no success. And within a few minutes time Standard bank helped me. It seems to me the problem is at Fnb and I want to know why there is a problem that couldn't be resolved? We are at the stage of closing our accounts at Fnb because of lack of communication and help.
