Moneygram and blocked card

I'm so disappointed at the service I received from these guys first of all I was told to go to a branch to sort out something I could have easily sorted out at the comfort of my home had to take my new born baby with when I get there the lady who helped was very helpful on her end however the service I received on the call with the lady from the forex department was so poor from the change of tone to treating me like I'm some ******** and my funds that should be funded into my account are still not there so I can't take my baby to the hospital but should wait on FNB until it suits them
