MONEYGRAM

The wort possible service from FNB. Not only is FNB and Standard Bank the only two banks that can assist with receiving and sending money via MoneyGram, with FNB they can only assist ACCOUNT HOLDERS with FNB, which is fair and which i am. But after 12 days FNB still cannot let me receive my MoneyGram, after 7 visits to their branch, after many hours over the phone, calling their Forex department, their MoneyGram department, not ONE person can tell me why. And is it was stated by the CONSULTANT working at their own branch "we will not be able to assist you" ---------- completely unacceptable. Each and every time we get a different story which not one is the same and make sense. Here I proceed to see what Standard Bank tells me, it toke me 22 min, and i received my MoneyGram Money. FNB YOU ARE USELESS AND OF NO HELP, I WILL BE CLOSING MY FNB ACCOUNT.
