Money was taken from my account after blocking the card

I had a dispute about transaction and I was able to get the refund for the transaction that took place after I blocked my card because I lost my phone and card with all details on it but they were so helpful and understanding that I was able to get the money back from them, I will recommend FNB to anyone who wants a bank that will go the extra mile for their clients.
