Money vanished from my Flexi facility

I do not know when FNB's quality started to deteriorate, but it is starting to get irritating. Money has disappeared from my Flexi home loan account and no one is telling me where it when. I am losing on the interest savings everyday you keeping my money away from this account. I am getting to a point where I feel you are not taking me seriously and I will am going to make it an effort to find a good deal with a bank that will take this home loan, because it would seem I am not being taken seriously by FNB. Money cannot just disappear and no one can account for it.

I keep getting calls from consultants that keep telling me that they are escalating the issue, but then I wait days without any update. I am trying to use this Flexi facility to save on interest charges on my homeloan, but if money is going to disappear for days on end, this is becoming useless to me, and moreover the you are now messing me around. It is approaching a month whereby my money has vanished from this account, a month worth of savings (and no matter how small they are to you), that I have lost.

I am really getting disgusted by this, and will really look for a similar facility else where.
