Money to be reversed

I deposited money in a April by phone, and it got deposited in that person's credit card, I have been trying to reverse that money since May 2023, up to now it has not been reversed. They keep on refering me to secure chat, get asked the same questions, We even physically went to the bank with the owner of the card on the, 10 October where we were promised that it will be reversed in 10 to 15 days, but nothing has happened, when I enquire, I am still referred to the same secure chat. I even sent a complain to the complains department, who never even bothered to acknowledged receiving my complaint.
