MONEY *******

I wrote of my vehicle on the 16th of April. The insurance company paid of my wesbank finance on 20 May 2021 yet this morning they still took the installment for a settled account.

You pay R499 a month for private clients yet getting nothing for this. My private banker is so useless and never responds to my mails.

I want my account downgraded back to a gold account and I want my money your incorrectly took this morning back in my account TODAY or I will move all my stuff over to ABSA.

I have been a loyal customer for years this is PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
