MONEY THAT WAS DEPOSITED INTO FNB POSTMASBURG ON THE 4TH HAS NOT REFLECTED YET!

On the 4th Dec 2023 someone was depositing money into my FNB account at Postmasburg branch, while she was still busy loadshedding took place and the transaction was incomplete, the money was already in the machine and by that time it was after hours.

The lady went back to the branch the following day on the 5th to report the matter. She said she filled the form and she was told the money will reflect into my account in 3 days. Now it's festive people are going back home so the lady went back home. Today is the 19th I haven't received my money yet, on the 12th the lady asked the person she was with to do a follow up as she is not in the province, the person who made follow up was told that the money should reflect on the 14th if not the lady must come back again to refill the form because the person who assisted her is not available.

I find all that very *********** because the lady who deposited the money did everything that was required from her, now just because whoever assisted her is not available in the branch now the lady should take a taxi and go back to Postmasburg to fill another form again!.

No FNB POSTMASBURG what happened to the form that was filled in the palace? Please can someone do her/his job because I need my money.
