Money taken out of my FNB account , no sense of urgency or care from FNB!

I regret moving my accounts to FNB. Their service is just disappointing. I recently had money deposited into my account. All of sudden I saw money been taken from my account, twice. I was in panick that someone has maybe hacked into my account and ****** money from my account. The worst is that I did not even receive an SMS notification when that money was taken! On the 22 December 2018, I called their complaints department and was taken from pillar to post. I eventually decided to send in a written complaint via their email system. A few hours later Someone called me from the department, very rude at first. What a way to treat your concerned client, who was in panick that they have been de*****ed. Due to no response , no resolution of my query, on the 09 January 2019 I lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman for Banking Services( OBS: ********** ). Who responded to me to say that they have referred the matter to the bank's Dispute Resolution Department, and that I should grant the bank an opportunity to resolve the matter, that they have 20 days to resolve the matter. So I assumed it would be 20 days from the date of lodgement (09/02/2019), so that would be 20 days plus the 17 days I had already waited for their response. Really! Anyway I obliged and waited. I'm still waiting. With such a no-reaction from such a big, Does this mean even the ********* can do what they like with our accounts and get away with our money? So clearly FNb does not not respect their clients, DOES NOT CARE! Clearly does not even respect the Banking Ombudsman? Well I do not know where to run to now, maybe try the courts. Can someone please advise.
