Money taken out my account

I have not been using my FNB cheque account so the bank fees have been adding up so i was in arrears over a few months. I had gotten money for school fees that i had put into my savings account as i was waiting to get a little bit more to add to it before i pay. I received a sms that i had until the 7th to deposit money into my cheque account for the arrears.

I was about to make payment to the school when i see a notification come through that funds have automatically been transfered into the fnb cheque to pay the arrears!!

WHAT???!! You cant just automatically take money like that!! How dare you. i have not been using that account. It has just been sitting there.

What do I tell the school now!!! I demand for the funds to be reversed and to close that account. I sent a message over the banking app and i get told i need to go into the bank!! I am not going into the bank - i am considered high risk as i have a heart defect!!! What will the branch do that cant take place electronically!! I thought you guys were voted the most reputable and innovative bank.

I have been with you for years and have loved your bank but i think its time to move!!

I am very saddened by this!!!! REFERSE THE FUNDS NOW PLEASE. Its hard enough trying to make ends meet as i am unemployed in these time and now what about the school fees for my kids!!! REDICULOUS
