Money taken from my uif without concent

I have a personal loan with first national bank which I acknowledge is in arrears . I'm currently unemployed and receiving uif. A sum of about R1300 was debited from my uif , this deduction was ********, I've made numerous calls to the collections department where I made arrangements to start paying the full installment + the arrears over 3 months yet I still haven't received my money .
