Money taken from account and a month later still no feedback or money returned

I had money withdrawn from my account that wasn’t me. I immediately contacted the ***** department, blocked my card and reported the incident and the funds that were withdrawn. It’s been a month and I have had no feedback and my money is gone. First time in months since I am using my FNB and this is what happens. Your money is taken and you have no assistance and your money is gone.
