Money taken from account.

I has a problem with my account were funds were taken without my knowledge or consent. I have been calling FNB for a week. The consultants have been making empty promises to get back to me repeatedly but it never happened. I spoke to a lady called Angela with the Sharesaver department. They keep telling me they will call back and update. She promised me she would sell the shares and my money would be back after 3 working days. The next person I spoke to said no they cannot sell the shares until they have investigated. I keep asking for proof of who authorized. I cannot pay my bills I'm worried I'm going to lose my money and no one is communicating with me. I'm tired of calling. I wait an hour before I can even get a consultant on the phone. What kills me the most is that they promise to get back to me but they never do. When I call I get transferred over and over repeatedly.
